This is the same tract of land for which the Zoning Commission denied an “industrial” zoning change earlier this year. \nAny interested Montserrat property owners are invited to attend the meeting to learn more about the project. \nAs we understand it\, this request\, scheduled to go before the Zoning Commission on Nov. 9\, 2022\, is to change from Agricultural (AG) to Residential Planned (PDD) to build 374 rental-only “cottages” with 668 parking spaces (no attached garages/carports).
