PROPOSED CONCIERGE SERVICES

The following services are being considered but are subject to change.

SHIPPING SERVICE

Residents may drop off mail or packages at the guardhouse and we can forward them via US mail or FedEx. If desired, we can accept packages on your behalf if you are not at home.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Allow us to arrange for a limo to take you to the airport or check the status of your flight. While you are away, we can check on your house or pets, get your mail and paper, and provide you with security updates and foreign contacts.

ENTERTAINING

We can help you plan your weekend by recommending new places to dine and keeping you informed of the latest events in town. For those residents throwing a party, we can put you in touch with caterers, florists, etc. Occasionally, we may be able to offer reduced rates on items ranging from limo service to local green fees to tickets to local attractions.

DRY CLEANING

A local dry cleaning service will be available weekly to pickup and drop off laundry.

HOME AND HEALTH CARE

We can arrange for a variety of services from cleaning or landscape maintenance to a rejuvenating in-home massage.
